Building insulation is where the payback is easiest to show: a factory shed running 6 °C cooler on the shop floor, or an office whose chiller runs fewer hours. We survey the envelope, identify where the heat is actually coming in, and treat that first rather than insulating everything to the same specification.
Work covers wall insulation and dry-lining, false ceiling and underdeck treatments, roof and terrace insulation, basement and floor slabs, and rainscreen facade build-ups. Materials are selected for fire class as well as thermal performance, because the envelope is a life-safety element.
